He seems smaller, the skin tone is lighter, and the crown is larger. Anyways, I seem to find a slight change in design for the Emperor from ABSW to ABSWII. However, even before he makes an appearance in ABSW, he first makes a debut in ABSWII! How ironic. The Emperor has always been(besides Darth of course) my favorite pig character in ABSW, and has always anticipated his arrival in the game. Yess!! The previews are finally out!
